Creating our custom concrete pieces is a meticulous process that combines artistry and craftsmanship. Here’s some insight into how we bring our concrete creations to life:
Design and Color Mixing (Estimated 3 weeks)
Every project begins with a consultation to understand your unique vision. Our team collaborates with you to design a piece that perfectly fits your style. We then develop a custom color to achieve the desired hue and texture, creating samples for your approval to ensure perfection. For a faster process, you can also choose from our range of color samples, which is always expanding.
Templating (Estimated 1 day)
Once the design and color are finalized, we move on to templating. This involves using finished and installed cabinetry or CADD drawings, depending on the product.
Forming, Casting and Finishing Touches (Estimated 2-4 weeks)
Using advanced techniques, we create molds that capture every detail of your design. This stage is crucial for ensuring both the structural integrity and the aesthetic quality of the final product.
After casting, the concrete is meticulously polished, sealed, and treated to enhance durability and appearance. Each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our workshop to ensure it meets our high standards.
